Booking conditions:
- Additional dinner/overnight/meeting room bookings possible.
- Cancellations (except for overnight stays, where the cancellation conditions of the accommodation providers apply):
-Cancellation up to 15 days before the booked day: charge of 100% of the booking sum.
-Cancellation between 16-60 days before the booked day: 75% of the booking amount will be charged.
-Cancellation earlier than 60 days before the booked day: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
