SWCF2023: Programm & Tickets

Speakers

Keynote 1

Rebecca Clopath, nature-based Chef

As a former member of the junior national team of chefs, Rebecca Clopath has made a brilliant career start in the world of gastronomy. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the top chef now focuses on perfecting her holistic approach: By taking into account a variety of factors she gives her guests the opportunity to experience integrated “food perceptions”. This concept goes beyond sustainability aspects of the production of the ingredients and considers an even wider range of questions revolving around the experience of food.

Rebecca Clopath

Reto Knutti is one of the most important Swiss figures in climate research. He worked as one of the lead authors on the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s world climate reports. Using various climate models, he and his team at ETH Zurich develop methods to measure future impacts on the climate. Reto Knutti was awarded the Dr. J.E. Brandenberger Foundation Prize in 2018 for his “outstanding achievements in climate change research and public relations.”
